Our home service workers are primarily family oriented Certified Nursing Assistants working as homemakers. They are dedicated home service workers with extensive background in the home service field. Our home service workers have experience caring for individuals who are mildly to moderately physically & mentally challenged as well as those who suffer dementia, Alzheimer's, cerebral palsy, quadriplegia and other illnesses. Home supervision done periodically by field supervisor to assure quality service.
Our HomeCare Services Can Include:
Live-In HomeCare Services: If you or your loved one needs 24 hr service we can help. Our staff are trained and dedicated individuals who enjoy working with individuals with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, and others who can not be left alone. The live-In worker will need at least 6-to-8 hours of sleep.
Homemakers/homeservice worker: Homemaker services are defined as general non-medical support, supervised by professionals and paraprofessionals who have received specialized training in the provision of homemaker services. These services include:

* Wash Dishes & clean kitchen area
* Mop Floors
* Dust Furniture
* Laundry
* Pet Care
* Personal Assistance * Laundry
* Keep Bathroom clean
* Provide Service to any person unable to care for him- or herself

In-Home Care for New Moms and Moms-To-Be: In the first few days and weeks after your baby has been born, sometimes you need experienced caregivers to assist with light housekeeping and as a companion to other children as well as your pets.
Companion HomeCare Serivces: Our companion care specialist will promote activities, walk the client outside, weather permitting, and keep the client engaged in conversation & some games, encourage the client to participate with light household duties such as:
* Help Make Sandwiches
* Wipe Table or Kitchen Counter Tops Off
* Help Fold Laundry
* Help Prepare Meals and Other, as tolerated

Bath Aide will assist or give the client a bath on a per-visit basis

* Sponge bath * Bed Bath skin service (apply non medicated lotion to dry skin), assist with oral hygiene if needed assist the client with dressing into clean clothing, and clean the bathroom after use.
Pet Care: Unable to walk your pet outside? Our staff are caring and lovers of pets that understanding how important your pet happiness is to you. Apart from walking and feeding your pet the caregiver will also make sure your needs are met as well.
Medication Set-up: Overall assessment for proper medication dosage for seniors with memory loss or individuals with mental developmental disorders will benefit with this line of care. A registered nurse will do a complete access of what medication your loved one is taking, the dosage, and contact the prescribing physician to make sure all medication are current. All medication will be set-up as directed by physician, all medications will be set for a course of 5 weeks . A registered nurse will keep records and maintain all medication whether it prescribe by a physician or over the counter. HomeCare And More will utilized the same pharmacist to fill all prescriptions, this is a way to monitor medications to prevent drug interaction.

* Assessment of Needed Services: Obtaining accurate information on prospective client condition is very important. A HomeCare and More employee or case manager will interview the client and their family to asess the level of service required.
* Case Management Referrals: HomeCare And More can refer a potential client to case managers that will also re-evaluate their home service or health care needs, if one needs medical attention, we will see to it that it is done.
* Contract R. N. Services: This service is also available upon request. HomeCare And More offers Contractual Medication Set-Up Regime by a Registered Nurse
* Durable Equipment Referral Management: We work very closely with a major durable equipment company that will arrange and deliver the necessary assistance device ordered by cliental physician for rehabilitating at home. These items include: Lift Recliners, Wheelchairs, Walkers & Canes, Hoyer Lifts, Incontince Products, Scooters, Hospital beds and more

HomeCare And More, Inc is a non-medical agency that is often sub-contracted by major Home Health agencies because of our excellent service. Our staff is experienced in observing the client daily and if the need for medical care occurs, the home service worker will notify the supervisor or office manager and proper measures are taken to assure the client get the proper health care needed immediately.
